Should you wish to cancel your order, email info@popsieandco.co.uk before the items are dispatched. Where the item has been dispatched, you may return the item to us as stated below:
- The items can be returned to us in its original condition within 28 days for a full refund or exchange. The cost of the cost of returning the goods shall be borne by you.
- Once we have received the item, we will process the refund or exchange
The right to return the item will not apply:
- where they have been used or washed
- where they have been personalised
- to personal products, such as blankets, hair brushes, combs, etc.
All the items must be returned with its original tags and packaging.
