Should you wish to cancel your order, email info@popsieandco.co.uk before the items are dispatched. Where the item has been dispatched, you may return the item to us as stated below:

• The items can be returned to us in its original condition within 28 days for a full refund or exchange. The cost of the cost of returning the goods shall be borne by you.
• Once we have received the item, we will process the refund or exchange

The right to return the item will not apply:

• where they have been used or washed
• where they have been personalised
• to personal products, such as blankets, hair brushes, combs, etc.

All the items must be returned with its original tags and packaging.

UK standard delivery which takes 3-5 working days is £3.95 (working days are Mon-Fri and not including bank holidays) Personalised orders will take approximately 7-10 working days.

UK express delivery orders placed before 14.00 Mon-Fri takes 1-2 working days and is available for most parts of the UK, it is charged at £5.95 (working days are Mon-Fri and not including bank holidays)
