Should you wish to cancel your order, email info@popsieandco.co.uk before the items are dispatched. Where the item has been dispatched, you may return the item to us as stated below:

• The items can be returned to us in its original condition within 28 days for a full refund or exchange. The cost of the cost of returning the goods shall be borne by you
• Once we have received the item, we will process the refund or exchange

The right to return the item will not apply:

• where they have been used or washed
• where they have been personalised
• personal products, such as blankets, hair brushes, combs, etc.

All the items must be returned with its original tags and packaging.

The provisions do not affect your statutory rights

UK standard delivery which takes 3-5 working days is £3.95 (working days are Mon-Fri and not including bank holidays) Personalised orders will take approximately 5-7 working days.

UK express delivery orders placed before 14.00 Mon-Fri takes 1-2 working days and is available for most parts of the UK, it is charged at £5.95 (working days are Mon-Fri and not including bank holidays)
